The Casa dos Açores do Québec presents the program in celebration of International Women’s Day on March 11 (Saturday) at 5:00 pm.
Admission is free.
The event will feature as speakers Paula Ferreira, president of the Casa dos Açores do Québec, and Paula Bernardino, president of Caixa Desjardins Portuguesa and the presentation of the book “Entre Plumas e Pincéis” by Maria João Sousa.
This day will also include tributes to Azoreans Linda de Suza and Natália Correia, as well as a musical moment by the River Choir Group, poetry recitations and paintings exhibition.
