The Azorean Emigrants Association is pleased to invite you to the Day of Portugal celebrations.
This year will be dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Azorean emigration to Canada, to celebrate and pay due homage to the 18 Azorean pioneers who emigrated to Canada in 1953.
The event will be at Praça do Emigrante, next June 10, at 11am and will have as program:
- 11 a.m.: Reception;

11h20: Exhibition “From Saudade to Azorean Women in Canada” Humberta Araújo;
11h30: Mural “Dream Heroes” Gilberto Bernardo;
