The Azorean Emigrants Association, celebrated last 28th of October its 11th anniversary, where were present several entities as the Mayors of Ribeira Grande and Ponta Delgada; Parish Councils of Conceição and Matriz; Regional Director of Communities; USA Consul in the Azores; several associations and banks entities.
This anniversary was marked by the inauguration of the exhibition “Azores- USA, a Journey into the Future”, on the East Coast of the USA, which was followed by those present via videoconference.
After the breaking of the 11th anniversary cake, the evening ended with a musical performance by João Moniz, who animated the rest of the evening.
