“STORIES OF PORTUGUESE HISTORY IN CANADA” – OPENING SESSION

Filaments of the Atlantic Heritage, together with the Portuguese Beyond Borders Institute (PBBI) and the Azorean Emigrants Association present “Stories of Portuguese History in Canada”, five online sessions that will take place between April 19 and 22, at 12pm (California/Vancouver), 3pm (Rhode Island/Toronto), 7pm (Azores), respectively, where each one will focus on a specific theme about the Portuguese presence in Canadian territory.

PROGRAM FOR DAY 19 : OPENING SESSION – DAY 19 – TIME: 9 AM (California/Vancouver), 12 noon (Rhode Island/Toronto) 4 PM (Azores), with Diniz Borges (President of the Portuguese Beyond Borders Institute – PBBI), José Andrade (Regional Director for Communities in the Government of the Azores) and Rui Faria (President of the Azorean Emigrants Association).
