The first week of March was first declared Portuguese Immigrant Week in California in the 1960’s.
During the days from March 4 to March 11, the Portuguese Immigrant Week in California will be celebrated by PBBI (Portuguese Beyond Borders Institute), through a lecture/oral in the morning (8 AM) and a talk/panel about the Luso-American experience in the afternoon (5 PM).
These will be live on Zoom and on the official Facebook of PBBI (Portuguese Beyond Borders Institute).
