"Cordas do Mundo" takes us in a journey through several sonorities and musical styles: from the Azorean sounds of Tirana, to incursions in the repertoire of Portuguese Guitar, Classic Guitar and Lute, to Irish music or the traditional Italian Mandolin, the album ends with 3 more original pieces by Rafael Carvalho.
\nThis is a work that the musician had wanted to record for many years, and it results mainly from the constant research and transcription of pieces that Rafael Carvalho has been carrying out to enrich the instrumental repertoire that is taught and played with the Viola da Terra.
