\u201cO livro come\u00e7ou a ganhar forma a partir dos artigos que publiquei tendo como temas o c\u00e9lebre livro de viagens, As Ilhas Desconhecidas, de Raul Brand\u00e3o e um conjunto de poemas e ensaios de Vitorino Nem\u00e9sio que estabelecem di\u00e1logos com o g\u00e9nero liter\u00e1rio das f\u00e1bulas de Esopo e dos besti\u00e1rios medievais. Na esteira desses dois artigos, une-se a eles o ensaio que escrevi acerca da novela de Daniel de S\u00e1, Ilha Grande Fechada. Por sua vez, os referidos artigos serviram como tema e como ponto de partida para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos Workshops Te\u00f3ricos Itiner\u00e2ncias da A\u00e7orianidade. Apresentei os workshops nas nove ilhas do arquip\u00e9lago dos A\u00e7ores entre os anos de 2017 e 2019. Neste arco de tempo, convivi com pessoas generosas que apoiaram a concretiza\u00e7\u00e3o da minha investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de p\u00f3s\u00ac-doutoramento. Conv\u00edvio f\u00e9rtil que para al\u00e9m da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos workshops resultou no registo dos depoimentos que comp\u00f5em as narrativas identit\u00e1rias e as an\u00e1lises das mem\u00f3rias das Videografias A\u00e7orianas.\u201d<\/p>\n

"The book began to take shape from the articles I published on the famous travel book, The Unknown Islands, by Raul Brand\u00e3o and a set of poems and essays by Vitorino Nem\u00e9sio that establish dialogues with the literary genre of Aesop's fables and medieval bestiaries. In the wake of these two articles, they are joined by the essay I wrote about Daniel de S\u00e1's novel Ilha Grande Fechada. In turn, these articles served as the theme and the starting point for the Theoretical Workshops Itinerances of Azoreanity. I presented the workshops on the nine islands of the Azores archipelago between the years 2017 and 2019. In this arc of time, I lived with generous people who supported the realization of my post-doctoral research.
