Filaments of the Atlantic Heritage, together with<\/strong> the Portuguese Beyond Borders Institute<\/strong> (PBBI<\/span>) and<\/strong> the Azorean Emigrants Association present<\/strong> “Stories of Portuguese History in Canada”, five online sessions<\/strong> that will take place between April 19 and 22, at 12pm<\/strong> (California\/Vancouver<\/span>), 3pm<\/strong> (Rhode Island\/Toronto<\/span>), 7pm<\/strong> (Azores<\/span>), respectively, where each one will focus on a specific theme about the Portuguese presence in Canadian territory.<\/strong><\/p>

PROGRAM FOR DAY 19 :<\/strong> OPENING SESSION – DAY 19 – TIME: 9 AM<\/strong> (California\/Vancouve<\/span>r), 12 noon<\/strong> (Rhode Island\/Toronto<\/span>) 4 PM<\/strong> (Azores<\/span>), with Diniz Borges<\/strong> (President of the Portuguese Beyond Borders Institute – PBBI), Jos\u00e9 Andrade<\/strong> (Regional Director for Communities in the Government of the Azores) and Rui Faria<\/strong> (President of the Azorean Emigrants Association).<\/p>
